Technical Services Manager
Are you a talented Technical Services Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to oversee all technical services issues on our upcoming high-profile construction project. In this pivotal role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager and Director to ensure flawless execution of the technical services strategy from proposal through to post-construction.

During the critical proposal stage, your expertise will be instrumental in preparing winning proposals, liaising with the project manager on key document sections, and developing a bulletproof construction methodology and sequence. You'll lead productive meetings with supply chain partners and the Professional Team to align everyone around the design brief, project objectives, and programme. Your keen eye for detail will be put to work reviewing design information, identifying programme risks, and developing smart mitigation plans.
Technical Services Manager
Once we secure the project, you'll shift into high gear for the pre-construction phase. You'll own the Technical Services Strategy, outlining key milestones and methods. Collaborating closely with the Project and Commercial Managers, you'll craft the master construction programme, technical services procurement approach, and trade contractor scoping docs. Your savvy guidance will be crucial for selecting the right trade partners and getting them up to speed quickly.

When construction kicks off, you'll really have a chance to shine. You'll be the maestro conducting the complex orchestra of technical services installation - monitoring performance, running progress meetings, tackling design and quality issues, and providing vital support to the Construction Manager. No detail will escape your watchful eye, from design team coordination to Building Control inspections to Operations and Maintenance Manuals. Your leadership on commissioning, Client training, and completion will be the key to a successful handover.
