Key Areas of Responsibility will include acting swiftly and efficiently to address post-sales technical support queries and leveraging the expertise of the dedicated Technical Support team. You will also shadow seasoned professionals to gain insights into diverse areas of technical support, accelerating your learning process. Delve deeply into the workings of all products, ensuring customers receive prompt and effective assistance, and then utilise tools such as CRM and Nonconformity systems. On this journey, you will acquire in-depth product knowledge to adeptly troubleshoot and resolve chamber-related issues, becoming a key resource for customers. We are looking for someone who is ready and willing to embrace additional responsibilities as necessary to help drive team success. What Are We Looking For? Minimum HNC qualification in an Engineering subject Fundamental understanding of electromechanical systems, including PLC control systems Proficiency in MS Office and experience using Teams Outstanding communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders from diverse linguistic backgrounds A disciplined, methodical approach to problem-solving Demonstrated understanding of assembly and fitting techniques Capability to maintain quality control systems and prioritise tasks while thriving under pressure A proactive, 'can do' attitude, punctuality, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
