Maidstone
Part Time Office based – Tues/Wed/Thurs
Working hours – 9.30am-4pm
Salary £16,000 - £18,000K + Bonus

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our clients dynamic office based team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to contribute to our sales goals. This role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.
Duties
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our offerings.
* Utilise software to track interactions and manager customer information
* Communicate clearly and persuasively, adapting your approach based on customer responses.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies.
* Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to enhance product offerings.
* Assist in developing scripts and strategies for effective telemarketing campaigns.
Experience
* Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is essential.
* Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Our client has a preference to take on candidates on a self employed basis however this can be discussed further at interview
