We are looking for hungry telesales executives to work with a dynamic and rapidly expanding sales office located in Bromsgrove, specialising in business-to-business (B2B) telesales. The team is driven, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, consistently achieving outstanding sales performance.
Job Description:
As a Business-to-Business Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by prospecting and selling our products/services to potential business clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to decision-makers, establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and presenting compelling solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to a targeted list of potential business clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
4. Effectively present and articulate the value proposition of our offerings.
5. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
