Location: Dundee
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Annual Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Working Pattern: Full-time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a leading organisation in the Business Services sector, is seeking a Temporary Payroll Processor to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role is pivotal in providing payroll services to multiple clients, and there is potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver payroll services to clients on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.
Upload payslips and relevant documents to Sage online.
Process employee information and prepare accurate payslips.
Prepare and submit reports for HMRC compliance.
Advise clients on payroll matters and HMRC regulations.
Conduct manual calculations for Tax, NIC, Director NIC, Student Loans, Earnings Arrestment's, and Pensions.
Manage C.I.S preparation and submission of monthly C.I.S Returns to HMRC.Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a Payroll Bureau environment.
Familiarity with financial software, specifically SAGE (training will be provided).
Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll legislation.
Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to communicate professionally via phone and email.
Experience working under strict deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven time management and organisational skills.What We Offer:
