Tenancy Sustainment Manager (£46,183 per annum, full time, permanent)

Job Role
The Tenancy Sustainment team support our residents and provide advice and guidance to help them maintain their tenancies and live independently. The role will help develop and oversee direct delivery of our tenancy sustainment service, including crisis interventions and long-term casework. The role will also manage a small ‘Supporting Independence’ team, funded by tenants and the local authority.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of managing a team that provides support across a range of areas to vulnerable individuals. With excellent knowledge of current issues facing our residents, experience of working with the statutory or voluntary sector and a passion for making a difference in people's lives; you will lead, motivate and support the team to deliver excellent services that make a difference to our residents' lives.

Location Details
The role can be based in our Sevenoaks, Swanley or Ashford Offices. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, typically our full-time colleagues base themselves in the office twice a week.
