Test Engineer – Electrical
My client who work within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skill set and passion to join a fantastic team.
Key Details: Test Engineer – Electrical
* Monday to Friday – 39hrs per week.
* Permanent contract.
* Negotiable salary, up to £35,000.
Duties and Experience: Test Engineer – Electrical
* Responsible for the assembly, testing and troubleshooting of electronic, mechanical and electromechanical systems, subassemblies and components.
* Read and interpret manuals, performance specifications, test schedules, schematics, wiring diagrams and work orders.
* Analyse test data to determine faults, document defects, and perform component-level repairs where necessary.
* Cut, crimp, form, solder and strip wires/cables for circuits and subassemblies.
* Must have an understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO14501 compliance requirements.
* Must have the ability to read and interpret technical documents such as manuals, safety instructions and operating procedures.
