As a Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub, you will: Assist in orthopaedic surgeries, including hip and knee arthroplasty and ACL procedures. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Maintain a flexible and positive attitude in a dynamic environment. Utilise state-of-the-art theatre technology to deliver the best patient outcomes. Participate in continuous professional development opportunities.Package and Benefits: The Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub role includes: Annual salary of up to £42,000. 25 days of leave plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell leave. Private pension with up to 5% matching after a qualifying period. Private medical cover, with options to include family members. Life assurance at three times your base salary. Free parking and access to a subsidised staff restaurant.The ideal Theatre Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub will have: NMC registration without restrictions. Experience in surgical scrub nursing within orthopaedics. A Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
