Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tool Maker with XYZ expertise and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in precision engineering, toolmaking, and machining techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture, modify, and maintain precision tools and components.
* Operate and manage CNC and manual machining equipment efficiently.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Ensure high-quality standards and accuracy in all tooling processes.
* Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimise tooling solutions.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of tools and equipment.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Tool Maker in a precision engineering environment.
* Expertise with XYZ
* Proficiency in CNC and manual machining equipment.
* Strong understanding of materials used in toolmaking.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary
The salary is negotiable dependant on experience and shift.
