Job Description
I am looking for a customer orientated candidate who is able to work well under pressure to join a friendly travel company, based near Witham.
Your role as a tour coordinator will be to organise and plan tours, to meet the needs of clients individual requests. If you thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment please apply today.
The details:
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
25 days holiday + bank holidays, rises with service
Competitive salary + commission
Team events
1 day work from home after probationMain Duties:
Establish the details of the enquiry and provide exceptional customer service
Providing advice to customers, from itinerary’s, to travel, to accommodation
Using a bespoke IT system as well as standard Microsoft applications
Liaising with Travel and Booking Co-ordinators
Ensuring tours are kept within set budgets
Ensuring all paperwork and supporting documentation is sent to clients
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the very highest level of satisfactionSkills needed:
Proven experience and full understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to use Microsoft packages
A team player but also able to work alone when needed
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Calm and constructive approach to emergency situations
