Position: Town Planner Location: Cardiff, Wales

Conduct research and analysis to support planning projects.
Prepare planning reports, assessments, and recommendations.

Assist in the development of urban planning strategies.
Participate in public consultations and meetings.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
Relevant experience in town planning.
Strong knowledge of planning regulations and legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
