Job Title: Traffic Marshall (Veterans Only)
Location: Hythe, Kent
Start Date: Tuesday, 6th May
Duration: 6-Year Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a disciplined and reliable Traffic Marshall to join our site operations in Hythe. This long-term role is exclusively open to Armed Forces Veterans, offering the opportunity to bring your skills, focus, and experience to a key site safety role.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage traffic movement on and around the construction site
Ensure the safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians
Coordinate deliveries and liaise with site teams
Maintain clear and safe access routes
Uphold high standards of health and safety at all times
Requirements:
Must be a Veteran of the British Armed Forces
Valid Traffic Marshall (Banksman) certification
CSCS card
Excellent communication skills
Ability to remain alert and proactive in a busy environment
