Learn how to visually inspect product for contamination and to remove this from the product
Develop a knowledge of product specifications
Learn how to maintain a sharp knife
Manually handle product and product in trays
Support the department with general production operative duties
Undertake and complete Level 2 SVQ Modern Apprenticeship qualification in relevant subject area
