Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Property Consultant, you’ll play an integral role in managing and supporting property transactions for a wide range of corporate clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Managing property cases in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Delivering exceptional service with fairness and transparency.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third-party providers to coordinate and progress transactions.
* Assessing property documentation and formulating informed recommendations.
* Problem-solving with confidence, offering clear and timely solutions.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
* Communicating effectively and professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisation and time management abilities.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* A strong customer service ethos and team mindset.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade A–C.
The Package:
* Starting Salary: £24,570 per annum
* Bonus Scheme: Monthly and annual incentives linked to performance
* Progression Potential: Opportunity to increase basic salary up to £28,000
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (no weekends or Bank Holidays)
* Annual Leave: 30 days including Bank Holidays

Additional Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must have:
* The legal right to work in the UK.
