Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about education, driven to succeed, and excited about joining a high-performing, supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
Develop strong relationships with secondary schools across Devon & Cornwall
Source and place quality educators in both short- and long-term roles
Advertise and promote job opportunities, building a network of candidates
Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a personal touch to clients and candidates alike
