Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Taunton
£27k-£30k per annum (DOE) OTE £50K-£70K first year, set to increase after one year of billing
Daniel Owen is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant or sales professional to join the team in our office based in Taunton.
Daniel Owen has been a leading force in the construction sector for the past 38 years. We are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant Taunton office to help grow and expand the team even further. Your impact/duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
