Location: Leicester (LE3 3AW)
Remuneration: Up to £26,500, Uncapped Commission, Benefits

We’re growing our Maintenance Recruitment team in Leicester — and we’re looking for someone at the start of their career who’s ready to build something real. You’ll work closely with an experienced Managing Consultant who’s built a thriving client base — meaning you’ll develop existing relationships and learn how to win new ones. Our structured training doesn’t just show you what to do; it coaches you until you’re confident owning the full 360 recruitment process.
The Role and About You:
In your first phase, you’ll master candidate management and recruitment processes:
Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and our database.
Interviewing and assessing candidate suitability.
Managing candidates through every step of the recruitment journey.
Generating leads and tracking future opportunities.
Keeping our CRM system sharp and accurate.
Once you’re ready, you’ll step up to 360 recruitment:
Building relationships with businesses and securing new clients.
Managing your own accounts and developing repeat business.
Advising clients and matching them with top engineering talent.
Running recruitment projects from start to finish — and seeing the reward directly in your commission.
We’re looking for someone who:
Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
Is ambitious and thrives on targets that stretch them.
Stays organised and focused, even when things move fast.
May have B2B or B2C sales experience — but more importantly, has the hunger to succeed.
