The Role and About You
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build your skills step by step — starting with candidate management and progressing to full recruitment responsibility:
Sourcing great candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our systems.
Interviewing candidates to understand their goals and match them with opportunities.
Managing candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
Spotting and generating leads to build future business opportunities.
Keeping client and candidate information organised and accurate in our CRM.
When you're ready, you'll step up to manage the full recruitment cycle:
Winning and developing new client relationships.
Managing your own client portfolio and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Advising clients using market knowledge and insights.
Running recruitment projects from start to finish — and earning commission on every success.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven success in B2B or B2C sales and is ready to take on a bigger challenge.
Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily.
Is ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by results.
Stays organised and works well in a fast-paced environment.
