Are you a Geography Graduate who is looking to become a fully qualified teacher, but do not want to go down the university led route?
Would you like to earn while you train to become a qualified Geography teacher, in a thriving secondary school based in Manchester?
This is a rare opportunity to secure a salaried teacher training spot, in a forward thinking secondary school in Manchester. The school are looking for Geography Specialists to train and develop from September.

Graduate Teacher Training - Geography - about the role:
* Join a welcoming school and deliver lessons to pupils in your subject specialism
* Be supported by outstanding teachers - mentoring and training provided
* Excellent pay rates with a salary of up to £25000, working schools hours.
* Work 5 days per week, term time only
* Gain QTS over a 12/15 month training period
Graduate Trainee Teacher Geography - person specification
* Degree in Geography
* Great subject knowledge
* A passion for education
* Previous tutoring or teaching experience desirable
* GCSE's C/4 or above in English and Maths (and a copy of the actual certificates)
* You must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years
* The ability to teach a minimum of 12 hours or a 50% timetable, sole teaching from the beginning of programme
