Paid on the Unqualified Teacher scale - up to £32,000 depending on experience
Full mentoring and professional development provided
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Primary Teaching Assistant or HLTA with recent KS1 experience
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) - essential for teacher training route
Passionate about primary education and enthusiastic about Catholic values
Committed to a long-term future in teaching with a desire to train formally in September 2026
Career Progression:
Following a successful year in post, you'll be placed on a fully funded Teacher Training programme (salaried), supported by the school and SANZA Teaching Agency.
