I am currently recruiting on behalf of a close client of mine for a Training Consultant. As a Training Consultant, you will support the development of staff in relation to key product knowledge. You will have the opportunity to influence training protocols and update them as needed.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide training to internal staff and external stakeholders, relating to key products within the business.
Update SKEBS cross-departmentally, liaising with departmental managers to ensure training processes are updated and aligned with the needs of the department.
Schedule and host training sessions for staff who have gaps in their knowledge.
Updating training registers in accordance with company needs.
Keep records of training sessions and drive continuous improvement within this.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience with Passive Fire Protection (IFE Level 3 is ideal, IFE Level 2 is acceptable if you are willing to work towards Level 3).
Learning and Development qualifications are desirable but not essential.
The ideal candidate does not need to come from an L&D background but they should have familiarity with informal/formal training of staff.
Understanding of UK Building Regulations Part B Fire Safety.
