Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
️ Schedule: Monday to Friday, AM shift starting at 5:30 AM (some flexibility required to cover holidays)
Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum
About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Transport Coordinator to join our busy team in Tewkesbury. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our transport operations run smoothly and efficiently for one of our key logistics contracts. You’ll also benefit from ongoing training and real career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day transport operations on-site and at customer locations
Work closely with management to optimise the use of hire vehicles and subcontractors
Ensure full compliance with working time directive regulations for drivers
Investigate any incidents or accidents quickly and thoroughly
Communicate regularly with drivers, internal teams, and customers
Maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of the transport office
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
A proactive and flexible approach to work
