Job Description

Teaching Personnel is looking for caring, confident individuals with experience supporting children or young people who struggle with emotional regulation and have often experienced trauma. If you have a background in youth work, care, or behavioural support, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll do more than support academics—you’ll become a trusted adult who helps pupils build emotional resilience, improve behaviour, and develop essential life skills.
