Job Description
We’re seeking a Creative and UX Manager for an innovative and growing software firm/digital agency. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding digital experiences and driving UX/UI innovation, this could be your next big opportunity.
About the Role:
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences across cutting-edge digital solutions like websites, intranets, and AI-powered platforms. Overseeing and collaborating closely with a small design and front-end development team, you’ll ensure UX/UI excellence, support key business pitches, and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and tech teams to deliver exceptional results.

About you:
This role is perfect for someone ready to champion creative design and user-focused solutions. Overall, the candidate should understand Information Architecture, and its role in User Experience; they should be confident in their knowledge and be able to speak equally confidently about design methodologies. Although experience directly from an agency isn’t necessary it would be useful, or someone who has been self-employed and client facing. Ultimately, you’ll have to be reasonably commercially driven, customer-focused, and ready to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
