Vehicle Paint Sprayer – Thurleigh, Bedfordshire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00
Pay: £20.05 per hour
Contract: Long-term, ongoing work
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading automotive company in Thurleigh, for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join their professional bodyshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the motor industry and a keen eye for detail to help deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking and prepping surfaces as required
* Spray vehicles using water-based paints, ensuring a perfect finish
* Check paint colour and prepare spray-out cards to confirm colour accuracy
* Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly
* Assist the bodyshop team with other duties when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician or Paint Sprayer (essential)
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Ability to support and guide junior technicians when needed
* A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to working to the highest standards
* Ability to work independently and make decisions when required
* Excellent attention to detail
