Description
Conducting detailed surveys on void properties
Preparing and presenting reports on each survey
Liaising with contractors to coordinate refurbishments
Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget
Monitoring and tracking project progress
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Updating and maintaining records accurately
Contributing to team meetings and continuous improvement initiativesProfile
A successful Voids Surveyor should have:
Relevant qualifications in Surveying or Construction
Experience in the public sector, particularly in council work
