We’re currently recruiting for a compassionate and reliable Waking Night Support Worker to join a dedicated care team supporting vulnerable individuals during the night. This role involves staying awake throughout the shift to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of service users.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring and supporting service users through the night
*
Assisting with personal care where required
*
Completing regular checks and recording observations
*
Responding promptly to any emergencies or support needs
*
Ensuring a calm, safe environment is maintained
*
Light domestic duties to prepare for the day shift
Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable
*
Right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Excellent communication and observational skills

A calm, reassuring presence and ability to work independently
