As a Ward Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team of 20 staff – 60% HCA and 40% RMN
Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.
Oversee the highest standards of nursing care and maintain a safe ward environment.
Ensure compliance with policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
Manage clinical investigations, HR issues, and incident reporting.
Engage with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Annual salary of £48,000 - £53,000.
Full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.
Participation in an on-call rota, one week per month.

The ideal Ward Manager candidate will have:
Experience as a Ward Manager with strong leadership skills.
A background in acute or forensic services.
Registration as a mental health nurse.
Experience in change management and quality improvement.
Knowledge of safe wards and risk reduction practices.
