Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Service: Mental Health Inpatient & Rehabilitation
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to lead a male mental health inpatient service supporting individuals with enduring mental health conditions and complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and operational leadership to the nursing team
Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical practice
Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and well-managed ward environment
