Warehouse Operative - Rotating Shifts
📍 Basildon | 🕒 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am (Weekly Rotation)
🚗 Own Transport Required | 💰 Competitive Pay
Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking to join a well-established manufacturing business in Basildon? Our client is seeking Warehouse Operatives to join their busy team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are flexible, committed, and eager to grow within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role:
General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and loading
Supporting production and dispatch operations
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained
Adhering to company procedures and meeting performance targets
Requirements:
Must be able to work rotating shifts:
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
10pm-6am
Driving license and own transport essential - location is not easily accessible by public transport
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a team-player attitude
