At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work with an important company in the Stafford area. This client is a leader in their field, providing consistent and ongoing work for reliable candidates.
Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday and one Saturday every 6 weeks
Rotating shift Week 1 (Apply online only) then Week 2 (Apply online only)Pay Rates:
Earn £12.21 per hourAs a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:
Own transport (due to the site's lack of public transport access)
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet target-based KPIs
Fluent englishRole of a Warehouse Operative:
Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications
Dealing with orders from the stores, ensuring stock is not damaged upon delivery
Meet daily targets and maintain high standards of work
Opportunity to train and gain certifications in LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
