Job Title: Warranty Administrator
Location: Sidcup, London (with travel to the Bromley dealership once a week)
Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 basic, with OTE of £9,000
Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

Are you detail-oriented, technically minded, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Warranty Administrator to join our Sidcup dealership, with travel to Bromley once a week. This exciting role offers a competitive salary, strong OTE potential, and the opportunity to work with world-leading Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
We're looking for a Warranty Administrator who can help us continue delivering experiences worth talking about.
What You’ll Do:
Accurately process all warranty claims, calculating labour and material costs.
Ensure all claims are submitted quickly and efficiently.
Maintain organised records of current, pending, and processed claims.
Investigate and resolve rejected claims and discrepancies.
Keep up-to-date with manufacturer labour rates and policy changes.
Handle displaced parts and paintwork claims with attention to process and compliance.
Obtain authorisations and maintain paperwork to meet Toyota standards.
Communicate possible process improvements to the Service Manager.
Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Support the wider team with any other duties as required.What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role, in the motor industry is a must.
Technical knowledge of vehicles and repair processes.
Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
The ability to work well under pressure.
