Warranty Controller required for our Automotive Client based in Northampton.
For your hard work as a Warranty Controller our client is offering a salary of £30,000.

Assess warranty claims on Company systems and liaise where required with car dealerships via telephone and email.
Analyse all data received from car dealerships ensuring that all data is in order using the correct processes.
Find all relevant data and identify clearly the reasons for accepting, amending or rejecting a claim.
Administer the necessary documentation to support any warranty claims.
Keep track of all data onto the computer system. Requirements:
Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role within a franchised/main dealership is essential.
Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Confident communicator – both written and verbal – with the ability to build strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams.
