Job description
To drive and load recycling vehicles. Some days will be expected to load vehicles instead of driving and loading the vehicles.
Loader/HGV Driver Role in the commercial service
To work Bank Holidays and overtime when required.

Experience
· Considerable experience and a working knowledge of waste and recycling collection activities and processes.
· Experience of multi point driving activities and waste & recycling collection driving duties.
· Experience of customer contact and knowledge of personnel safety issues in a customer environment.
· Experience and a working knowledge of H&S systems.
Knowledge
· A working knowledge of the range of equipment used by the teams and ability to provide advice on best practice and how to overcome problems.
· Good knowledge of geographical areas and characteristics.
