Water Hygiene Engineer – Manchester
Location: Manchester & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience) + Company Vehicle + Benefits
Golden Fox is recruiting on behalf of a respected Water Hygiene company that continues to grow its presence across the North West. They are now looking for a skilled Water Hygiene Engineer to join their Manchester-based team.
The role will offer very regionalised working along with the opportunity to further skills within the team & develop both personally and professionally.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in water hygiene or water treatment, looking to take the next step in their career with a company that values professionalism, quality, and long-term development.
Key Duties Will Include:
* Carrying out routine temperature checks and water sampling
* Servicing and maintaining TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves)
* Cleaning and disinfecting showerheads, outlets and water systems
* Conducting inspections of cold water storage tanks and associated assets
* Recording accurate data and completing compliance reports digitally
What We’re Looking For:
* Background in water hygiene, water treatment or compliance services
* Familiarity with ACoP L8, HSG274 and Legionella Risk prevention
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong attention to detail and reliable timekeeping
