Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator role for our client based in the Kidderminster area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled welders in fabrication and assembly tasks.
Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Develop skills in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick.
Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely.
Ensure quality and precision in all work produced.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Take part in ongoing training and development to expand your skill set.
Requirements:
A keen interest in welding and fabrication.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is beneficial, but not essential.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
Hours of work:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm.
Friday 8am - 3:30pm.
Overtime available.
Rate of Pay:
£13 to 13.50 per hour depending on experience.
Overtime at 1.5.
