Welder Fabricator
Location: Leicester
Pay rate per hour : £15 - £17 per hour depending on experience. To be able to attain the higher rate an extensive mechanical knowledge is required
Hours : Full time 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 40 hours per week
Position Overview:
DC Personnel are recruiting for a metal fabricator for its client in Leicester, you will be responsible for producing high-quality metal components using MIG and TIG welding techniques, along with a range of metalworking tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Weld and fabricate metal items and structures according to design specifications
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints
• Operate metalworking equipment and tools with precision and care
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Ideally you will have :
• A minimum of 2 years Fabrication/ MIG Welding experience but will consider those with lesser experience
• Ability to read and fabricate from technical drawings
• Good mechanical engineering knowledge
• Work from own initiative and report any issues to the supervisor
