Role Overview: We are seeking experienced structural steel fabricators to join our client’s team. Candidates with a proven track record in steel fabrication are preferred. However, we also welcome applicants who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Welder Fabricator - Structural Steel Responsibilities:
· Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to specifications
· Read and interpret technical drawings
· Operate machinery and tools safely
· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Hours: 07:00 to 16:30
· Early finish on Friday
Compensation:
· Hourly Rate: £14-£14.50 depending on experience with pay increase upon completion of agency placement
· Annual Bonus (subject to company performance)
· Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays (paid at time and a half)
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in structural steel fabrication (preferred)
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
