Salary £39,780-£51,480 Based on an hourly rate of £17-£22.00 per hour + overtime available

One of Kent's largest structural and architectural metalwork companies is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive project success, and lead a team of 10 skilled professionals. This company is thriving and Turnover is likely to double this year to 10million +
As the go between from the workshop to the Office and MD's your responsibilities will focus on Getting work completed on time, quality and the welfare of the team.
Key Responsibilities of a Welding and Fabrication Workshop Supervisor:
- Lead and engage with the workshop team
- Oversee project production & assembly
- Maintain top-quality standards
- Ensure a safe working environment
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve processes
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks, stock issues & machine maintenance
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example, rolling up your sleeves when needed. A strong background in welding and fabrication is essential.
