Location: Ipswich, Suffolk
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: Flexible working hours (5-day rota over 6 days)

We have an exciting opportunity for Field Service Engineers to join a growing team across Suffolk. In this multi-faceted role, you’ll not only deliver expert technical support on-site but also build strong relationships with our valued customers.

White Goods Engineer Responsibilities
Attend customer homes and businesses across Suffolk to diagnose and repair a range of domestic/commercial appliances, including laundry, dishwashing, cooking, and refrigeration units
Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every visit
Manage workload independently, using a tablet to upload reports and track service callsWhite Goods Engineer Requirements
Full UK Driving License (essential)
Minimum of 2 year's experience repairing white good appliances (laundry, dishwashing, cooking, refrigeration)
Ability to supply your own hand tools
Physically fit, able to lift and manoeuvre heavy appliances safely
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage workload
