Salary: 30k-35k: *Depending on Experience*
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8:30-5/ 2PM finish on Friday
Other: Pension/Westfield Healthcare/26 days holiday+ bankJoining a world leader in communication technology for the harshest environments imaginable, from the edge of space to underwater, you will work in an established team of workshop, assembly and test specialists. You will focus on precision machining, using mills and lathes, alongside other mechanical workshop tools, in a role that is a critical component to the success of the wider production team.
This role is suitable for candidates with
Experienced toolmaker/workshop technician
Comfortable using mills, lathes and other mechanical tools (linishers, grinders etc)
Qualification: Level 3 or equivalent in engineering (HNC/HND/City + Guilds)
Additional: CNC Programming/brazing/soldering experienceYou will be joining a business at the forefront of their industry with continued growth plans in 2025, you will produce bespoke technology for a range of harsh environments for a specific division of technology.
