The Opportunity:
A well-established primary school in Kent is seeking a creative and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their dynamic team in September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, teach, and deliver exciting and challenging lessons that engage and inspire Year 4 pupils in line with the National Curriculum.

Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor and track student progress, providing detailed and timely feedback to pupils and their families.

Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters independence, collaboration, and a love for learning.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure high standards of teaching and learning are maintained across the school.

Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on pupils' progress and well-being.
*
Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.
Person Specification:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*
Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2.

Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a well-structured and engaging learning environment.
*
Ability to assess and track pupil progress, differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
*
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
*
A commitment to continuous professional development and contributing positively to the school's ethos.
