Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver effective and engaging lessons in line with the Year 4 National Curriculum. * Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning. * Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages independent learning and personal growth. * Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners in your class. * Work closely with other teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to teaching. * Engage with parents and carers to foster strong relationships and support students’ well-being. * Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Experience in teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4. * Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and how to engage students in their learning. * Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
