The Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to a lively and inquisitive class. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.

Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners in your class.

Work closely with other teachers and support staff to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to teaching.

Engage with parents and carers to foster strong relationships and support students’ well-being.

Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*
Experience in teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
*
Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and how to engage students in their learning.
*
Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
