The ideal primary teacher (year 6):
Will have experience as a primary teacher, ideally in upper key stage 6, but experience in other year groups will be considered
If ECT, will be a strong, capable ECT with a confident, "can do" attitude
Must have QTS
Will be able to deliver practical, creative and engaging lessons that facilitate independence
Will be adaptable, caring and patient
