The Position – 1:1 Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Mentor to support individual students within our primary school. The ideal candidate will build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, and consistently follow individual behaviour and learning plans. You will act as a role model, guiding students in both behaviour and academic tasks, promoting personal growth and achievement. Your ability to mentor with empathy, patience, and consistency will be key to fostering a supportive environment that helps each child thrive both socially and academically.

The school is a two form entry Primary school located in Harrow. The school has a large Nursery with a capacity 486 children.
