1:1 Behaviour Mentor – Tower Hamlets – 100 to 115 Daily Rate – Full Time September Start – Primary School Position

* Full time role within a Primary school starting from September
* Must be confident in mentoring challenging behaviour

The Position – 1:1 Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach have a new opportunity available for an experienced 1:1 Behaviour Mentor. The role consists of working with a group of KS2 children who have challenging behaviour. You will be mainly working on a 1:1 basis but with different children depending on their weekly schedules and a timetable will be provided once offered the role. Key skills for this position are to be able to act as a mentor/role model, adaptability and a team player with other members of staff. The 1:1 Behaviour Mentor will also be required to follow and implement the pupils IEP’s.

The school is a three form entry Primary school in Tower Hamlets that has been rated as “Good” by Ofsted. The school has good transport links depending on where the Behaviour Mentor will be travelling from.
