Job Description
Teaching Assistant - 1:1 KS2 SEND Support (Ashton, Tameside)
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive Primary School near Ashton in Tameside. This is a full-time, long-term position working 1:1 with a child in KS2 who has complex SEND requirements.
The successful candidate will:
Provide personalised 1:1 support to help the child access learning.
Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENDCO to deliver tailored strategies.
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach to learning and behaviour.
