* Must have experience supporting as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant in KS2

The Position – 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Qualiteach are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school supporting pupils in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support, helping pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs to reach their full potential. You will assist with classroom activities, deliver small group and individual interventions, and promote positive engagement. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential.
