About the Role:
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with one child, offering tailored, consistent support throughout the school day. You'll play a vital role in helping them access the curriculum, develop key life skills, and feel safe, valued, and encouraged every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Support one child with SEN all day, in and out of class
Adapt their learning plan and boost their confidence
Help with communication, social skills, and emotional support
Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists
What You Need:
Experience with SEN kids a big plus
Calm, patient, and passionate about inclusion
Qualifications welcome but attitude matters most!
