Safeguarding: Uphold the highest standards of child protection and safeguarding at all times, adhering strictly to school policies and national guidelines. Recognise and respond appropriately to any safeguarding concerns, reporting to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) immediately.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENDCOs, parents/carers, and other professionals (e.g., therapists, educational psychologists) to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Resource Management: Ensure the safe and appropriate use and maintenance of all PE equipment and facilities.
Promoting Well-being: Encourage healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship, teamwork, and resilience through all physical activities.
Professional Development: Commit to ongoing professional development, staying abreast of best practices in PE, SEND, and behaviour management.
